Purpose

To facilitate skills development for the staff and volunteers of non-profit Agencies and to maximize existing training resources in Edmonton.

Objectives

Provide short-term skill training for staff and volunteers of participating agencies
To facilitate individual professional and personal development and corresponding organizational growth
Facilitate more complete usage of available training in the Edmonton region
Facilitate partnerships between training providers and non-profit organization in the Edmonton region
